How a build runs.
Four steps, the same every time. You know the scope and the price before any code is written, and you own everything at the end.
Scope
We map the workflow, the systems it touches and who signs off. You get a fixed scope and a build plan before any code is written.
- A scoping call to understand the workflow and what success looks like.
- A written scope: what we'll build, what we won't, and how we'll know it works.
- A fixed price for that scope. No hourly meter running.
Build
Built inside your stack in short cycles you can see, test and push back on.
- Work happens in your accounts and your repo from day one.
- Regular check-ins with something working to look at, not slides.
- Real data, real edge cases, tested before anything touches production.
Hand over
You get the repo, the docs and a walkthrough. Your code, your stack, your agent.
- Full source code in your repository, nothing held back.
- Documentation your team can actually follow.
- A recorded walkthrough of how it works and how to change it.
Maintain
Quarterly maintenance keeps it tuned as your business, data and tools change.
- Model and prompt updates as better options ship.
- Fixes when an upstream tool changes its API.
- A quarterly review of what's working and what to build next.
Before you ask.
How is a project priced?
Every project is a fixed price for a written scope, agreed before any code is written. The scoping call is where we work out what that scope is.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Everything is built in your accounts and handed over as a repository you own. No license fees and no lock-in.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the job and your data rules. We pick per project and design so the model can be swapped later without a rebuild.
What if the workflow can't be automated well?
Then we'll tell you on the scoping call. Some work should stay human, and a prototype is often the cheapest way to find out.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. The size of the business matters less than having a clear workflow that costs real time or money today.
Tell us the workflow you want gone.
A 30-minute scoping call. You leave with a clear read on whether it can be built, and how.
