A six-month engagement building AI systems across an environmental services firm's core workflows, with quarterly maintenance after launch.

The problem

Once the report system proved itself, the firm wanted the same treatment across the rest of its operation: reports, field data and back-office work that was still moving by hand.

What we built

  • A fixed-scope roadmap of 18 AI systems, prioritised by what saves the most time first.
  • Each system shipped into the firm's own platform, with shared templates and reusable building blocks.
  • Free break-fix after delivery, then quarterly maintenance to keep everything tuned.
