The problem
Every event meant hours of manual configuration across dozens of screens in an enterprise event platform, copied by hand from a planning workbook that was different every time.
What we built
- An agent that reads each planning workbook and works out what needs configuring.
- API-first execution: it writes through the platform's API wherever it can, and drives the interface only where the API can't.
- Hard guardrails: the event stays unpublished, no emails go out, and nothing outside that event is ever changed.
What changed
The agent now runs inside an events program that brings in an average of $13.7M a year, and it cut the client's operating costs by $300K a year.
